Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
The general terms and conditions set out below shall apply to all sales of goods by Adsonline and its partners, through the virtual store adsonline.ro to the Buyer and may be modified at any time by Adsonline without prior notice.
Thus, the following terms shall mean:
- Buyer – natural person / legal person or other legal entity issuing an Order.
- Seller – Adsonline.
- Goods – any product, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.
- Order – an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and the Buyer agrees to receive these Goods and make payment for them.
- Contract – an Order confirmed by the Seller.
- Intellectual Property Rights – all intangible rights such as know-how, copyright and rights in the nature of copyright, database rights, design rights, model rights, patents, trademarks, and domain name registrations for any of the above.
- Site – the domain adsonline.ro and its subdomains.
2. Contractual Documents
By placing an electronic Order on the site adsonline.ro, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (e-mail, telephone) through which the Seller carries out its operations. The Order will be composed of the following documents:
- The Order (together with clear mentions of delivery and billing data) and its specific conditions.
- Terms and Conditions.
If the Seller confirms the Order, this implies a complete acceptance of the terms of the Order. Acceptance of the Order by the Seller is considered complete when there is an electronic confirmation (e-mail) from the Seller to the Buyer, without requiring a receipt confirmation from the Buyer. The Seller does not at any time consider an unconfirmed order as having the value of a Contract.
Order confirmation is done electronically (e-mail). The prices of the products in the order are valid for 3 working days from the date of order registration. The general terms and conditions of sale will form the basis of the Contract thus concluded.
3. Seller's Obligations
The Seller will use its professional and technical knowledge to achieve the result stipulated in the Order and will deliver Goods that meet the requirements and specifications of the Buyer expressed in the Order.
The information presented on the Seller's websites is informative and may be modified by the Seller without prior notice. Product descriptions may be incomplete, but the seller makes efforts to present the most relevant information so that the product is used within the parameters for which it was purchased.
4. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The User/Buyer understands the intellectual property right and will not disclose to a third party or make public any of the information received from the Seller.
All drawings, graphics, and design elements appearing on the site, the site name, and graphic signs are registered trademarks owned by Adsonline and cannot be taken, copied, or used without the written consent of the owner.
All content elements such as descriptions, drawings, graphics, and design elements appearing on the site, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, commercial symbols, static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content presented on the site, are the exclusive property of Adsonline, with all rights obtained in this regard directly or indirectly through usage and/or publication licenses reserved.
The User/Buyer is not allowed to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or otherwise alter, use, link to, expose, include any content element above in any context other than the original intended by Adsonline, include any content element outside the Site, remove the signs signifying Adsonline's copyright over the content elements, and participate in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials made by reproducing, modifying, or displaying the content elements, except with the express written consent of Adsonline.
5. Rights over Site Content
The entire content of the site and graphic elements, including but not limited to them, respectively all content in text format, as well as the technical sources of all present and future services and facilities – unless another owner is expressly mentioned – the page sources but also any other material, transmitted in any form by and to Users (through direct viewing on the site, through newsletters, etc.) belong to Adsonline.
The site content, regardless of the area it is in on the site and regardless of type, can be used exclusively for personal purposes. Any use of content by third parties for purposes other than personal can only be done with the written, express, and prior consent of Adsonline. Therefore, it is forbidden to copy, take over, reproduce, publish, transmit, sell, distribute partially, fully, or modified content of this site or any part thereof made for purposes other than personal, with the following exceptions:
- (i) reproduction (on non-commercial sites, forums, press articles, etc.) of small fragments from published articles (max. 400 characters) is permitted, provided that the source of the information is specified, with a link, in the following form: (Source: site name – link to the site content).
- (ii) links to the adsonline.ro site are permitted, and the specification of the source of information will be made after each link or at the end of the article, as follows: "Information provided courtesy of Adsonline – link to site content".
Users are obliged to respect all copyrights and related rights and any other intellectual property rights that the Site Administrator and its partners hold over/in connection with the site adsonline.ro.
Adsonline reserves the right to sue any person and/or entity that violates the above provisions in any way. Requests for using the site content for any purpose other than personal can be made by e-mail to the address mail @ Adsonline.ro, with the specification "To the attention of the agency".
Any person transmitting or publishing information or materials to the site in any way assumes the obligation not to prejudice in any way the copyrights that a third party could invoke regarding the materials and information transmitted in any way to the site, and the persons sending information or materials in any way understand and accept that the violation of this obligation in any way cannot engage Adsonline's liability in any way, but only the liability of the respective persons.
Adsonline may run advertising campaigns and/or promotions in any section of the site at any time, without this operation requiring the agreement of the Site Users. The spaces and size of advertising campaigns and promotions do not require the agreement of the Site Users and can be changed at any time without prior notice.
Adsonline does not assume responsibility for damages or losses resulting from advertising campaigns or promotions organized on the site, other than those organized strictly on the site.
6. Limitation of Liability of the Site Administrator
Adsonline does not assume the obligation and does not guarantee implicitly or expressly for the content of the site, respectively for the content offered by its partners or Site Users. However, Adsonline will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and professional manner in which the information is provided on the site, to gain and maintain Users' trust in the site. In this regard, Adsonline will try to correct the reported errors and omissions as soon as possible.
The Site Administrator offers no guarantees for the site content and cannot be held liable in any situation for any loss or damage that might result from the use of any part/sequence/page on the site or from the impossibility of using it, regardless of its cause, or from the erroneous interpretation of any provisions of the site content.
The information provided through the site is offered in good faith, from sources considered reliable. In case any of the published articles or any other information falls under the copyright law, we ask Users to contact us at the e-mail address info@adsonline.ro, so that necessary measures can be taken. At the same time, Users must bear in mind that the presented information may include potential inaccurate information (e.g., technical data or typing errors). The Site Administrator will make all necessary diligences to correct these aspects as soon as possible.
Users understand and accept that Adsonline does not guarantee:
- that the information contained on the site is fully complete;
- that the information entered by Website Users is real, correct, and does not assume responsibility for how visitors use it;
- that the information or services on the site will satisfy all User requirements, and for their inappropriate use, Users assume full responsibility;
- for the results obtained by Users as a result of using the information or services available through the site, the use of information and services being done by Users at their own risk;
- that the services available through the site will function constantly, uninterruptedly, without errors – regarding this aspect, Adsonline does not assume responsibility for any damages Users might have due to temporary or defective functioning of the site or for the use of information obtained by using links from the site to other sites (their use is at the discretion of Users).
Also, Users understand and accept that Adsonline is not responsible for any inadvertencies, errors, or omissions within the information provided on the site by Users. At the same time, Users understand and accept that Adsonline is absolved of any liability for advertising messages posted on the site or through services offered through the site, as well as for goods or services provided by the authors of these advertising messages. Expressly, Site Users agree to exonerate Adsonline from liability for any judicial or extrajudicial action resulting from incorrect or fraudulent use of the site.
For force majeure cases, Adsonline and/or its operators, directors, employees, branches, subsidiaries, and representatives, are totally exonerated from any liability. Force majeure cases include, but are not limited to, operating errors of Adsonline's technical equipment, lack of internet connection functioning, lack of telephone connection functioning, computer viruses, unauthorized access to Site systems, operating errors, etc.
Users agree to protect and insure Adsonline and/or its operators, directors, employees, branches, subsidiaries, and representatives from and against any demands, claims, actions, impositions, losses, damages, costs (including, without any limitation, lawyers' fees), expenses, judgments, decisions, fines, regularizations or other obligations resulting from or related to any other action of the Users in connection with the use of the site or services offered through it.
Adsonline offers no guarantee, either expressly or implicitly, regarding including but not limited to the functioning of the site adsonline.ro, information, content, materials or products on the site, as well as their suitability for a specific purpose. Users expressly agree that the use of this site and the application of information is done at their own risk.
7. User Subscription to Newsletters and Alerts
Site Users have the possibility to receive newsletters and alerts by e-mail, with the possibility for Users to opt-out at any time from receiving such notifications, with a single click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter/alert received on the email explicitly introduced at subscription.
Given that access to products offered through the site is achieved through an active account, therefore based on a username and password, we recommend Users not to disclose these elements to third parties, even if they state they are contacting you on behalf of the site.
Also, to ensure an increased level of security, at the end of the visit on the site, we recommend closing the browser window in which work was done or clicking on "Sign out"/"Log off" in the visited page.

9. Invoicing and Payments
The price, payment method, and payment term are specified in the Service Contract. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the Services or digital products delivered.
For a correct communication of the invoice related to the Order, the Buyer has the obligations to update whenever necessary the data in their Account and to access the information and documents related to each existing Order in the Account.
By sending the Order, the Buyer expresses their agreement to receive invoices also in electronic format via e-mail, at the e-mail address mentioned in their Account.
10. Description of Services
Adsonline provides the information on this website for general informational purposes, and does not guarantee its accuracy at a given time, although every effort will be made to ensure that all information is accurate upon publication on the site.
Description of Services and Products Sold
The following services can be purchased on this website by card payment:
- marketing courses;
- marketing consulting services;
- books, videos, and other informational materials;
We recommend reading the description of each purchased product in detail.
11. Product Delivery
Each purchased product will be delivered after payment has been completed, according to the description on each individual page. More details about delivery can be found on the individual page of each product.
Orders are processed as soon as possible after placing the order, within the interval Monday – Friday 10:00-18:00. For orders placed outside business hours (Monday – Friday 10:00-18:00) or on weekends, they will be processed on the first working day. During holidays and discount periods, the delivery time may be extended.
12. Acceptance
Acceptance will be made when the Services provided or digital products are in accordance with the technical characteristics mentioned in the Order. If the Buyer discovers that the delivered Products do not comply with technical specifications, then the Seller will bring the Products into compliance. Also, for services sold and delivered by Adsonline, the Buyer does not benefit from a refund, but only for purchased digital products, following a 14-day term.
13. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of Goods or digital Services will be transferred upon delivery, after payment has been made by the Buyer (understanding by delivery – receipt of the fiscal invoice and its payment in the case of digital service deliveries, courses, etc.).
14. Refunds for Products or Services Rendered
If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, you just need to notify us by email at info@adsonline.ro or cancel it from your account. There is no commission for canceling orders. Depending on the chosen payment method, the refund is made in 7-30 working days.
As a general rule, it is important to know that, according to the law in force, the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (and the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent), as is the case with Adsonline products, is exempted from the right of withdrawal. More information in this regard on the ANPC website, i.e., HERE.
If you want to request a refund for a certain product or service, you can do so also by an e-mail to info@adsonline.ro respecting the following conditions:
- a) Not more than 30 days have passed since the order completion date (or the first order in case of recurring subscriptions).
- b) You have not gone through more than 2 hours of content in the case of courses and programs, respectively 45 minutes in the case of E-books.
- c) If for objective reasons you fail to test the product within the interval at point "a", you can request the extension of this period up to 90 days by an e-mail to info@adsonline.ro.
15. Processing of Personal Data
To ensure compliance with the site users' right to personal data protection, we have implemented specific protection measures, taking into account Romanian legislation, as well as the requirements set by Regulation (EU) 2017/679 – applicable throughout the European Union starting from May 25, 2018 ("the Regulation").
Personal data represents any information by which you can be identified, in particular by an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to your physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Our company takes all necessary measures to ensure compliance with your right to personal data protection, and these conditions represent the notification established by art. 13 or 14 of the Regulation explaining why we collect your personal data, how we protect this data, and what your rights are regarding this data collection.
We encourage you to read the document carefully and to ask us for any additional information or clarification you consider necessary regarding the content of this information.
1) General considerations regarding your personal data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/679, Adsonline will administer in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by Users. Through Terms and Conditions Users are informed that the personal data they provide will be processed for the purpose of offering in optimal conditions by Adsonline internet services, goods and services supply services, advertising, marketing and publicity services, and statistical services.
Adsonline performs the following processing operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use and, in some cases, transmission to third parties, on the exclusive and regulated basis of a commercial contract that ensures data security and confidentiality, as well as respect for user rights, of Site Users' personal data to administer, maintain, improve and obtain information regarding the services it offers, as well as to prevent errors and information leaks through its own IT network, violations of law or contractual terms.
Personal data to be collected may be used, including through automated profiling (for those Users who have expressed explicit consent) and to customize to a greater extent the services offered to Users through the site as well as for marketing purposes. Automated profiling will not target minors' data, their personal data not being processed for this purpose.
Personal data will be provided by Users, at their own option, at the time of creating a valid account on the site or subscribing to a service available on the site, to benefit from the services and products offered through it. Upon registration on the site, the User is asked for certain personal data, such as name and surname, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone, profession, habits/preferences/behavior, but also other personal information.
The User is solely responsible for all data provided at the time of creating the user account on the site. To confirm data and account, the User will be notified at the e-mail address declared at account creation. This confirmation e-mail has the role of stopping fraudulent actions of users who use other people's e-mail addresses to create fake accounts. If you receive such a message, provided that you have not personally registered on the site, please send us an e-mail at info@adsonline.ro to delete the respective account within maximum 3 working days. The e-mail will contain, in pdf format, the current version of this Contract.
The User profile form contains fields that can be edited if modification or completion of data provided at account creation is desired.
The User is not obliged to provide this data, it being necessary: i) for the record of site usage and ii) for offering services in optimal conditions through it, for bringing to knowledge promotional campaigns, for advertising purposes, for personalized marketing and advertising actions and for User access to additional facilities. User's refusal to provide requested data determines non-participation in promotional actions organized through the site and non-use of facilities, additional services offered exclusively to Users with an account on this website.
The Website can be used even if the User decides not to create a profile by providing personal data, with the exceptions established within the Privacy Policy (integral part of this Contract).
According to Regulation (EU) 2017/679 and Law no. 677/2001, Users benefit from the right of access, intervention on data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to address justice. At the same time, Users have the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning them and to request data deletion.
To exercise these rights, Users can make a written request in this regard, which they will send by e-mail to the address info@adsonline.ro with the specification "Personal data request".
The site undertakes not to send spam messages (commercial messages for which it does not have the explicit prior consent of the User) and to undertake all accessible technical means to ensure the security and confidentiality of user data.
The site reserves the right to terminate, without prior notice, the accounts and access of members who violate the Terms and conditions, who undertake proven fraud, slander, or attack on the security and confidentiality of information within the site or the company operating the site.
2) Personal data we collect, grounds for collection, and purposes of collection
Within the online communication relationship established between the site and the user, we collect and process your personal data, the collection and processing of this data being necessary for providing informative and promotional content to the user, following the completion, by the user, of personal data voluntarily, within the site, by accessing one or more of the sections: account creation, account update, newsletter subscription, online questionnaire completion, online form completion, for obtaining personalized information or commercial benefits, within campaigns promoted on the site.
The grounds for collecting personal data on the site can be the following:
- the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
- processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

In the lists below we present in detail what personal data is collected as well as the basis, purpose, and duration of their collection. Providing the data indicated below is not mandatory to view the Website, except for those regarding Cookies. The indicated data are necessary only to provide specific services for Users who transmit them.

3) How we store your personal data, location, retention period
We will store your personal data for a period that does not exceed the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data are processed, and, in cases where we have a legal obligation to keep your personal data for a certain period of time, the retention period will be that provided by law. Depending on the concrete situation, this period will vary, ranging from 1 day to 10 years.

In order to guarantee the user's right to be protected regarding the processing of personal data, we implement, for certain categories of sensitive data or data capable of affecting rights in a significant manner, special technical and organizational measures to protect these categories of personal data.

Right of access
The user has the right to obtain access to their personal data that we process, as well as the right to obtain copies thereof. At the user's request, the first such copy will be provided by us free of charge, with any additional copies you may request being subject to a fee corresponding to the effort required for extraction and formatting for transmission. The copy of personal data can be provided to you either in electronic format or in physical format, depending on your request and the nature of the requested data. To request information about personal data existing on the site, as well as to request partial or total deletion of this data, the request must be addressed using the e-mail address info@adsonline.ro or a letter must be sent by post or courier to the registered office of Adsonline.
The user also has the right to obtain any additional relevant information (such as the reason for processing personal data, categories of personal data we collect, information regarding processing and disclosure of this data, and any other such information).
Right to rectification of data
The user has the right to obtain the rectification of any inaccuracies regarding their personal data processed by us. Also, they have the right to obtain the completion of any incomplete personal data. Any user is encouraged to contact the site at info@adsonline.ro whenever they notice that there is an inaccuracy regarding their personal data or that their personal data processed by Adsonline is incomplete.
Right to erasure of data
The user has the right to the erasure of personal data. This right is not an absolute right, which means that the law establishes certain limitations regarding the exercise of this right ("the right to be forgotten").
Right to restriction of data processing
The user has the right to obtain the restriction of the processing of their personal data that we collect and process, especially if they contest the accuracy of the data, if the data processing is illegal, or if the processing of this data is no longer necessary, according to the law.
Right to object
The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data by us, especially if the processing is carried out for marketing purposes or for reasons related to their particular situation, in which case their data must be anonymized as soon as possible after the objection is notified in the site's database and their anonymization must be confirmed to the user.
Right to withdraw consent
For personal data processed based on consent, the user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, just as easily as they initially granted it. However, withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing we carried out before the withdrawal of consent. The right to withdraw consent is not absolute, meaning there are cases where data will not be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent (for example, if personal data is used for the site to comply with a legal obligation). The application of withdrawal of consent applies from the moment of its registration and the operation of withdrawal of consent will be carried out within maximum 3 working days from registration.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing with reference to aspects concerning the processing of personal data by our Company.
Automated decision-making process, including profiling and the right to request that decisions based on automated data processing or that significantly affect be made by natural persons, not exclusively by computers
Personal data is collected and processed through an automated decision-making process in order to personalize information and commercial communications addressed to you. The automated decision-making process involving health data is based on your express consent.
Within these processes, your data is protected by special security measures such as data encryption and advanced security at the database server level.

For the user to be able to exercise the rights specified above, to address any question regarding these rights, or to ask for clarification regarding any of the provisions of this information, please contact us at any time, using the contact information.
How requests or complaints can be transmitted – contact person

16. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is an unpredictable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
17. Applicable Law
This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between Adsonline and users/clients/buyers will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
18. Special Offers
Adsonline reserves the right to have price offers applicable to certain clients depending on the services provided.
19. Governing Law
